031 is a Bigsby equipped, right handed guitar finished in sunset glow.  The new owner is Jim from LA and here's what he has to say about his guitar and himself:

I am 47 and have played guitar for 34 years. I have owned as many as 45 guitars, but my collection is now down around 30, including various Gibson Custom Shop guitars: one off all Gold 336, 61 SG Les Paul Reissue, 76 335, 72 SG, Dickey Betts Red Top Les Paul, special order Les Paul Jr reissue Korina, Custom Shop Chet Atkins, Aluminum Strat, 54 Strat Reissue, George Harrison Tele '86 Japan reissue, PRS McCarty Soapbar, Parker Fly, a dozen Taylor acoustics, plus others (a lunatic I admit) I play through a Carr Mercury, Speedster Deluxe and Mesa/Boogie Nomad 45. When I first saw this guitar I thought of a Fender Flame Elite I recently sold (precursor of the Robben Ford guitar) and thought - THIS is what the Robben Ford SHOULD have been!
 It is perfectly balanced, versatile and so beautiful. I could not wait for the Custom Shop to build me one so I searched and found a brand new one on eBay from a really great seller. I paid a bit more than I might have but I got it NOW - plus it is a low serial number which appealed to me. This is my new favorite all around guitar and I expect to pass it down to my kids.  I am sending you the center two page photo from the 2004-2005 Taylor catalog which was taken of me and my son in my den with some of my guitars (shot prior to buying the JA.)  I was asked by Taylor if I would mind being in their catalog and I said MIND? how about HONORED!
