Modifications:
The only mods I've done is basically set up the radius at the bridge saddles equal to the fingerboard (12 degrees) and I took the Bigsby apart and lubricated with Teflon grease (actually I used this product called Nutsauce that you would use on your nut and bridge saddles to keep strings from hanging up).  If you have a Bigsby model I strongly suggest you use it as the guitar stays in tune better and the unit is quiet as a mouse.

048 is a sunset glow, right handed guitar with a Bigsby.  Craig purchased it though Wildwood in Colorado. It's a great looking axe!  Here's what Craig has to say about him and his guitar.

Hi everyone!  I've been playing on and off since the Beatles hit Ed Sullivan (how many times have you heard that).  I'm a guitar enthusiast with 24 in the collection (mainly Gibson CSs (7), PRS, Rickys, Fenders, Taylors, and others) but, like the purveyor of this website, way too many for my moderate skills.  I have many guitar heros, Hendrix, Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Eric Johnson, too many to bore you with but none the less they are influential.  I was looking to replace my 335 because my right shoulder would begin to ache after playing for a while so I wanted everything it had to offer tonally but in a smaller body.  I began looking at CS356s and then a friend told me of the these guitars.  Once I saw pixs of it and read the bio on it I was sold!    Trying to find them on the web was not easy as I checked all the Gibson super dealers but found a beauty at Wildwood in Colorado.  Made a great XMAS gift to myself!  I've also had the opportunity  with my wife to tour the Gibson CS (an accidental occurrence that happened when I brought my L-5 to be repaired) and there was no doubt in my mind that they'd turn out a top notch piece like this gutiar.  The guitar just plays itself and tonally its the guitar equivalent of Sybil....many, many moods and personalities.  Play on!
